Q: Do I need prescription for Mendown ?
One of our licensed physicians will evaluate your case and write a prescription if they deem it safe based on your individual health history and symptoms.
Q: How and from where the product is shipped ?
Your product is shipped from one of our partner licensed pharmacy in United States directly to the shipping address fast and in discrete packaging.
Q: Why is MenDown available in some states only ?
MenDown is only available in states where our partner pharmacies and physicians are licensed. In order to prescribe and dispense medicine, the pharmacy and in some states the prescriber has to be licensed too where patient is located. Don’t worry, we are expanding rapidly. Q: Is my information safe ?
At MenDown we don’t keep your information in our back pocket. We value privacy and discretion above anything else and comply with relevant privacy laws, security measures and above all we follow HIPA compliance to protect your personal and medical information.
Q: Can a doctor diagnose ED remotely?
Yes. Medical guidelines are clear that a doctor can diagnose ED based on a patient self-reporting their symptoms. We diagnose ED in the same way that we would if we could meet you in person – we ask you questions to confirm that you have ED. We also ask you separate questions to help us understand the likely cause of your ED.
Q: How is this different from a regular doctor's visit?
We provide the same level of professional care as a traditional doctor’s office, but more conveniently because we’re 100% online and you don’t have to wait days for an appointment.
Just like a traditional doctor’s office, our doctors need to ask you questions to work out whether it’s safe and appropriate to give you care. If appropriate, we can write a prescription and send it to our own mail order pharmacy.
Q: If an emergency, what do I do ?
Please, call 911 or an emergency care provider, please do not call us for any emergencies.
Q: Is there a contract for the monthly plan ?
We have both monthly and one time payment prescription refill plans, you can login to your account or call us at (833) MEN-DOWN to cancel the refill at any time, there are no contracts.
Q: What are the payment options available ?
You can pay via all major debit or credit cards, via paypal, eCheck or mail us the check to PO Box 115 Poolesville MD 20837. Please note your prescription will be shipped after approved prescription and full payment receipt.
Q: Can I return, exchange or transfer the prescription ?
All orders are fulfilled only after approved prescriptions for particular patient / individual and there are NO returns, exchanges and no transfers are allowed in any circumstance to other patients.
Q: How does MENDOWN save me time and money?

How super fast depends upon the service you’re completing a visit for, as well as your state’s requirements that govern ‘telemedicine’. In most states we aim to review everything within 24 business hours.
